He needs to stay away from strenuous activities to avoid aggravating the injury because he really wants to heal and get better as soon as possible so he can get back inside the cage and deliver the beatdown of lifetime on the clueless head of Nick Diaz. The champ is out of the woods and haters better watch out because he is a man on a mission to set things straight once and for all.
